Can our staff use it over WhatsApp, and does it handle Mandarin or Malay?
Yes. Employees ask about leave balances, policies, payslips or letters over WhatsApp and the agent answers instantly from your own policy documents. It defaults to English and mirrors Mandarin or Malay when staff write in it — so your frontline and shift workers get answers in the language they actually use.
How does candidate screening work?
The agent writes MOM Fair Consideration–compliant job descriptions, pulls in CVs from your inbox, uploads or WhatsApp, and scores each candidate against your specific role — with a written summary of strengths, gaps and red flags. It surfaces the strongest applicants for your team to review. You always stay in control of who moves forward.
How does it handle sensitive matters like salary, work-pass, or safety?
It doesn't improvise on them. The agent never quotes a salary band, never gives immigration advice, and always escalates safety and sensitive matters to the right person — even when it 'knows' the answer. Consequential actions are proposed and then approved by a human before they apply, with a full audit trail.
Will it connect to our ATS or HRIS?

Is employee and candidate data handled safely?
Yes. Data is hosted in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1), PDPA-aligned, with audit logs and role-based access so sensitive records are scoped to authorised users only. The agent never fabricates employee details, and every record is tagged as extracted from your documents or AI-generated so you always know which is which. We sign DPAs on request.
