PSG-eligible builds start at $4,600/yr — effective $2,300 after up to 50% PSG support for Singapore SMEs. Larger custom builds run on GenAIxDL tiers. We give you a clear, itemised cost during scoping before any work begins.
Can scope change mid-project?
We lock scope during scoping — that's the point of it. We define exactly what the agent does, what it connects to, and what it costs before any build starts, so the project doesn't drift. Small refinements along the way are expected. Any significant new feature is scoped and quoted as a separate add-on, agreed with you before we build it — so timeline and cost stay predictable.
What if we're not sure AI is the right fit?
We'll tell you honestly during scoping. Not every problem needs AI. If a simpler tool or a process change would serve you better, we'll say so rather than sell you a build.
Do you help with government grants?
Yes. SMEs are eligible for up to 50% Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) support for the adoption of Voltade AI solutions, a Pre-Approved Solution under the IMDA SMEs Go Digital programme. For AIxDL, Voltade handles the claim on your behalf; for PSG, we guide you through the application and your company files the claim.
